INSTALLATION GUIDE

Installation of our SLIDING DOOR is a simple process which should be done in a sequence. From the experience gained after installing thousands of sliding doors, we came up with an installation guide which takes you through the various steps involved in the installation.

SLIDO Installation guide will enable carpenters to easily install the sliding doors for your wardrobe.

Installation sequence of the Sliding Doors

  1. Check the packages sent from the factory
  2. Open the sliding door package in front of the wardrobe where these have to be installed
  3. The Sliding door specifications document is enclosed in the package. Please verify the same with respect to the aperture of the wardrobe in which the doors have to be installed.

Once the above are done commence the installation of the sliding doors in the sequence below

1. TOP TRACK FASTENING

Fasten Top Track, as shown. Top track should be fixed at approximately 50mm from each end of track

2. FIXING THE UNO SPRING IN THE JOINER RAIL:

Insert UNO air spring into joiner rail (maintaining the right closing direction – see the picture below).

Put joiner rail on the assembled doors; install top roller guides and then mount UNO air springs at the appropriate Distance (see the table below).
